Fruit and yogurt bowl


Ingredients

  • 1 cup 5% plain yogurt

  • 3-4 dried pineapple flakes

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries or any fruit of your choice

  • ½ tbsp. flaxseed meal

  • drizzle of honey or other sweetener

  • sprinkle of coconut flakes or dried nuts


directions

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Sweeten it with honey or any other sweetener of your choice.

  3. Top with fresh fruits, flaxseed meal, nuts, and dried fruits of your choice.
