Fruit and yogurt bowl
Ingredients
1 cup 5% plain yogurt
3-4 dried pineapple flakes
½ cup fresh raspberries or any fruit of your choice
½ tbsp. flaxseed meal
drizzle of honey or other sweetener
sprinkle of coconut flakes or dried nuts
directions
Place yogurt in a bowl.
Sweeten it with honey or any other sweetener of your choice.
Top with fresh fruits, flaxseed meal, nuts, and dried fruits of your choice.
