Avocado toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread

  • ½ fully ripped avocado

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

  • Fresh grated arugula, radish, and jalapeno (optional)

  • 1 oz. skinless roasted salmon or any other topping


directions

  1. Peel your avocado and take out the flesh with a spoon. Put it in a bowl and mash it well with a fork, to form a paste. Mix in a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  2. Toast your slice of bread until golden and firm.

  3. Spread avocado on top of your toast.

  4. Now, place your favorite topping on the toast. You can add roasted sliced salmon, fresh grated arugula, radish, etc. Enjoy!
