Golden milk
Ingredients
2 cups full fat dairy, almond or coconut milk
1 stick cinnamon
2 inches fresh turmeric sliced or 1 tsp. ground turmeric spice
1 inch fresh sliced ginger
Pinch black pepper
1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
DIRECTIONS
Place milk, cinnamon stick, turmeric, and ginger in a small saucepan.
Heat well, by stirring continuously, until warm.
Strain the milk to your cups.
Add in maple syrup, honey, or any other sweetener.
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon and serve!
